- Within 12 hours of placing your order: you may contact our customer service to request a modification or cancellation free of charge.
- Between 12 and 24 hours: your order has already entered production. If you request a cancellation during this period, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order total will apply.
- After 24 hours: cancelling or modifying an order that is already in production may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order total.
- Once your order has shipped: no changes or cancellations can be made.
