Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Custom or personalized jerseys are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@liamjersey.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions and the return address.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it using a trackable service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
