Returns & Refunds

At Liam Jersey, your satisfaction is our highest priority. As each of our products is custom-made, we have established the following Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all customers.

1. Return Policy

Because our products are personalized, we generally do not accept returns unless there is an error or defect. Accepted cases for a return, refund, or replacement include:

  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Incorrect items received (wrong design, wrong product type, or wrong size sent).
  • Non-delivery within 30 days (U.S. orders) or 60 days (international orders).

If you experience any of the above, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Please note: Products washed, worn, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo evidence required).

  • Your order was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Exchange Policy

For exchanges (e.g., different size, color, or style due to our error), please contact customer support within 30 days of purchase.

The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item. If the replacement has a price difference:

  • Higher price: Customer will pay the difference.
  • Lower price: We will refund the difference.

Note: Exchanges for wrong size selection made by the customer are not accepted, as all products are made-to-order. Please carefully refer to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Refunds or Exchanges

We cannot process refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • The customer selected the wrong size.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Order changes or cancellations requested after the 6-hour window post-purchase.
  • Product returned without contacting customer support.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

5. Order Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations are allowed within 6 hours after the order is placed. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be changed or canceled.
