At liamjersey.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your jersey must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Customized items (with personalized names/numbers) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@liamjersey.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item's condition.

Return Address: 2505 W 2nd Ave #2, Denver, CO 80219, United States. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong jersey, wrong size, or damaged items), we will cover 100% of the shipping costs.

Customer Remorse (Change of mind/Ordered wrong size): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: There is NO restocking fee ($0) applied to any returns.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe, Credit Card, etc.) within 5 - 7 business days.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@liamjersey.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
