Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Liam Jersey. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any issue, here’s our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return most items within 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn/unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., customized names or numbers on a jersey) are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@liamjersey.com to start the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  3. Pack the item securely (preferably in original packaging) and include the RA number inside the package.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or damage in transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.

4. Inspection & Refund Approval

  • After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets the return criteria.

  • If the item is approved for a return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you want to exchange an item (e.g., different size), send us an email at support@liamjersey.com with your order number and the details of the replacement item.

  • Once approved, we’ll instruct you on how to return the original item, and we’ll process a new order for the replacement.

  • Standard shipping and return shipping costs apply as outlined above (unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part).

6. Refund Exceptions

  • Sale items, discount or clearance items may have a different return window (we’ll note this on the product page if applicable).

  • Non-returnable items include final sale/clearance merchandise and any goods marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

  • If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we approved the return, please:

    1. Check your bank account or payment provider statement again.

    2. Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time to post.

    3. If you’ve done both and still don’t see it, please reach out to us at support@liamjersey.com

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via support@liamjersey.com

  • Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, including covering return shipping costs if the fault is our responsibility.

9. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@liamjersey.com

  • If we have not processed or shipped the order, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process above once you receive the package.

10. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time.

  • All changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
