Can I submit my own design (Logo, Font, Name, Number) ?

Absolutely! You can upload your design during the order process. If you need assistance creating or finalizing your idea, please contacting us.

Do you offer size customization or extended sizes?

Yes, we provide jerseys in a wide range of sizes, from youth to extended adult sizes. We can also create custom fits for specific requests, please contacting us for more information.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We offer physical samples for an additional fee, which can be credited toward your bulk order. If you have a request for sample product, please let us know.

Where can I add an order note during the checkout process?

You’ll find a text box labeled “Order Notes” on the checkout page. Simply type in your requests before completing your purchase.

Can I buy blank jerseys (Withouth Name/Number)?

Absolutely! Please choose "Blank" option when placing an order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

How to track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the Order Tracking.

How do I initiate a return?

Can I return a custom jersey if I’m not satisfied with it?

Yes, you can return your custom jersey within 30 days of the purchase date if it doesn’t meet your expectations. The jersey must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
